SOME FACTS ABOUT CIRCUIT TRAINING

Doctors and Fitness Professionals agree that circuit training is a workout that provides “maximum benefits in a minimum amount of time”.

This aerobic workout coupled with strength training in small time intervals is what makes it a maximum fat burner. This style of training introduces more of the beneficial muscle building exercises to a person’s workout versus using an elliptical machine or just running on the treadmill. In addition, it adds aerobic activity in a way that many feel more comfortable with than a class environment.
