Even though we have gym in our name, don’t worry! XpressGym is different than any other gym you have ever experienced. We have a safe, secure, friendly environment. Where people of all ages and conditions can get fit, lose weight, gain muscle tone, feel better, stay active, and have fun!

Our hydraulic fitness equipment is handmade by skilled American craftsmen. The equipment is fabricated out of heavy-duty 11 gauge American steel creating a higher standard for circuit training equipment. This high grade hydraulic equipment takes the guess work out of going to the gym. No dangerous weight stacks, complicated pulley systems, or uncomfortable seating.
